Anti Terrorism Training

U>S> Attorney Bud Cummins on behalf of the LECC is proud to announce the Arkansas Terrorism Advisory Council and West Memphis P.D. are teaming up to sponsor a two day specialized intelligence workshop to be held August 3rd and 4th. The seminar is geared toward officers who are responsible for investigating and/or monitoring terrorist activity. Participants should possess basic investigative skills or have previous experience in the collection and analysis or criminal information. Speakers will be provided by the Bureau of Justice Assistance and the Institute for Intergovernmental Research. Topics will include *International terrorism *Domestic terrorism *Terrorism financing *Arabic cultures *Recognizing terrorist indicators *Law enforcement intelligence *Explosives and bombs The conference will be held at Magruder Hall at Mid-South Community College in West Memphis.
