This new seminar presented by Dr. Brian Polansky focuses on the role of Ethics & Excellence in Law Enforcement. Seminar content argues that ethical behavior is in every officer’s best interest because doing the right thing leads to successful and fulfilling careers. In this course, Dr. Polansky focuses on helping officers do just that. Participants will identify the necessary skills for developing excellence and learn how to practice ethical interaction to facilitate professional success. This course is appropriate for both sworn and civilian personnel and will benefit anyone interested in improving their professionalism. Emphasis is given to specific techniques that ensure ethical compliance, reduce citizen complaints, enhance law enforcement professionalism, and encourage successful and fulfilling careers.
