Apologies to everyone, this site was hacked and is now under repair
After a long delay, and an obvious hacking, this site will again be viable or an electronic newsletter attachment will take its place in the near future. Please check back from time to time. I will try to send out an email announcement to the agencies I have contact info for when the site is up and running. This should be in late summer of 2010.
This site covers law enforcement news about state, county and local agencies and officers. It will also include information of value to the law enforcement community in general and other agencies with whom law enforcement interacts or who have training or useful information for law enforcement. It will also cover issues both social and political that affect us as officers.
If you like the site share it with your fellow officers. If you don't like it, tell me and I'll see what I can do to accomodate your suggestions.
Please feel free to submit agency information and articles for inclusion. We accept general LEO news items, grant information, training articles. We also accept opinions and letters to the editor for the editorial page.
If you do wish to submit an article please include your name, a phone number and/or email address.
For the time being you may send any correspondence to lindafirstonscene@live.com until the normal email address is again operational. I look forward to talking with everyone again.
My apologies to everyone who visited and were unable to access the articles due to the cyber prank. Editor_
